Before you report a rate
Double-check the item on the official OSRS Wiki first; if the wiki agrees with our preset, the rate is current. If the wiki disagrees with us, you've found a bug: send the item, both rates, and (if you can) the wiki revision. Those reports get fixed same-day.
For everything else (a calculator you wish existed, a result that confused you, a bug in the layout), just describe what you expected and what happened. Screenshots help.
